Ah, k. I was thinking short cage as more standard. The short cage capacity is only 29, so most you can run on a 53/39 or 50/34 is a 12/27 cassette. The long cage still says a 27 max cog (same as short), but the capacity is 37, so you may be able to even fit a 11-32 mountain bike cassette.
