Bikes: Bill Holland (Road-Ti), Fuji Roubaix Pro (back-up), Bike Friday (folder), Co-Motion (tandem) & Trek 750 (hybrid)

I really feel like riding my fixed gear helped refined my cadence, rather than my upstroke. But it's hard to be definitive. Single leg pedaling drills seemed to help the most.
