+1 Three choices:

Cheap crank puller (I paid $6 for mine)

Take to your favorite bike shop and pay them to do it (will probably cost more than a $6 puller)

Or do something silly and damage ruin your crank using crowbars, hammer, whatever (this option will cost the most)
