Bikes: Too many to list here check my signature.

it looks it was a nice bike at one time. it is a real shame what some people do to bikes. not being an expert on older treks my guess would be a basic straight guage Chromoly frame. if your going to ride that bike as is I strongly suggest new brake levers. those levers are in a very dangerous position (because they are not designed for those bars) and you need to have your hand on the very end of the bar to TRY and pull the brake lever.
