9:30 AM at the "dog park" - Port Providence trailhead on the Schuylkill River Trail. The "glutton for punishment" group starts from my home at 8:00 AM, adding an additional 22 miles to the route round trip. The 'short' route is 52 miles, the 'glutton' route 74. Please be prepared for the miles, since we have no SAG service. Also bring materials for fixing a flat, etc. And water, since water stops and restrooms are few and far between.

For safety's sake, I'm going to require all riders keep together for the two miles or so we pass through Norristown. Otherwise this is a set your own pace ride, although it's also a no-drop. (Any ride I lead is 'no drop', since I'm incapable of dropping anyone.)

Like last time, we will use the Manayunk Canal towpath through Manayunk. Be prepared for about four or so miles of pea gravel.
