Hello, don't expect a bike broken in half! It's a small crack, but it's a brand new bike I just bought. Unfortunately I didn't discover this in the store. (pic included)

I wonder if this is a normal crack from the tools used to assemble the bike. How bad would you consider this crack? Should I go to the bike shop and ask for an exchange? If it's not in stock, should I get a discount? How much...? Would they tell me it's "normal" from the assembling process?

If I want to sell this bike in the future, how much should I take the price down for this crack? I ask this in case I need to ask for a discount in the bike shop.
