The Giant TCR is the same class as the Specialized Tarmac, not the roubaix.
If you want the Giant "Roubaix", look at the Defy ADVANCED line instead of the TCR.
I have the Defy ADVANCED 3, and it's great. The frameset is the same in each ADVANCED model 1, 2 and 3, so really you just decide which component and wheelset you want.
+1 It seems like you're mixing types of frames and trying to compare them.
I have Giant OCR C2, which I believe is the predecessor to the Giant Defy. It's a good bike, but I prefer my new bike, a Cervelo RS, because it's stiffer, but no less comfy.
