Bikes: Waterford 953 RS-22, several Paramounts

The serial number looks like E71xxx to me, which is May 1971. The seller has a real aversion to taking a driveside picture of the F and R derailleurs, and to me that's not a good sign. There are no decals and no photo of a headbadge. The Prugnat lugs and fork crown are painted (1971 Paramount catalog says they are chromed). The fork looks like it may be bent. From what I can see, the headset doesn't appear to be Campagnolo. Then there's the top tube dent.

My August '71 Paramount has chromed Nervex headlugs and chromed fork crown.

For me, there are just too many issues to even consider bidding on it.
