Here's the scoop, geniuses: I don't think the fork is bent. That Paramount is a 1967, which explains not only the Prugnat lugs, but also the 151bcd Campagnolo cranks and Campagnolo "Record" rear derailleur blatantly evident in Kurt's drive-side shot.
If I'm wrong about the fork (and I think the perception that it is bent is a trick of the photos and the way the fork is turned), then all bets are off. Otherwise, it's potentially a diamond in the rough.
Edit to say: That's probably a NR rear derailleur and not a Record, but if so I'm betting it's an early one (or a replacement).
