It's a '70. The crankset was pulled off one of the other Paramounts from this lot - either the black pre-'68 example that presently has a 50th Anniversary crankset on it, or the orange pre-'68 P-13 with the chrome lugs. Why do I say that? One of the other 151 bcd cranksets ended up on a 1980's Motobecane from the same lot. It's been changed.

The rear mech is a Nuovo Record.
