Look at the iso number and if everything matches, you're good to go. 26" rims/wheels/tires are all over the place in respect to size. ISO 559 is pretty much the 26" defacto standard, but always check.

For your 26X1-3/8", just buy a new rim...the Sun CR-18 (36H Part #: 626E27052605, 32H Part #: 626E10052605, and 40H Part #: 626E38052605) only costs about $30 or if you don't mind steel rims, Wheelmaster offers complete wheels (bolt-on's) for about $20 for the front, and $27 for the rear (price varies slightly depending on what hub you want - freewheel, coaster brake, etc), forgot the price of the rear with a SA 3-speed IGH...but you can look that up.
