I feel really GOOD!!!!!
Well on Sunday, I road my longest distance ever at 22 miles, and Monday, I took the day off to recover.
Today I decided to ride for 30 minutes on my usual route.
Then I had to ride to a post office box to leave some of my parents mail and I road so good. I did'nt feel tired or bored, I just kept pedaling and at a fast cadence. IDK if it has to do with the 22 miles I did on sunday but I feel like I can go for alot longer than usual and not build as much lactic acid as fast as I use to do when I first started to ride early this summer. I feel so good, the rush of adrenaline I get when I can keep going faster for longer periods of time make cycling amazing. I started using my down bars now too, I usually ride the mtn bike stance way, but now I go aeroesque. I dont have aero bars but atleast I tuck my tummy as I pedal now. It makes a big difference. Man I feel GOOD!!!
