There's not much of an improvement in speed from a Bianchi Timberwolf to a hybrid. As others have said, don't do it. Keep the Bianchi, buy a road bike. I've got more than one road bike, more than one MTB and ride all of them.
I have one hybrid, a Bianchi Boardwalk. It's a Garage Queen sitting, gathering dust.
