go with the new 2010 mirracos. They generally come with a integrated headset, integrated seat clamp, small sprocket (25 or 28T) with a 9 or 10T driver, double wall rims, pivotal seat and post. This setup basically eliminates the need to upgrade to those components if you bought a cheapie department store bike. Whatever you do dont go to toys r us, walmart..target..etc. Also one last thing make sure your headset, cranks and hubs are sealed! Any questions just email me a
