So I'm looking to purchase this bike which is advertised as a chromoly frame, but inspecting pictures shows a sticker
that says '1020 steel' on it. Is this 1020 HiTen steel and not chromoly as advertised? The seller is asking $220 for this bike and I live in Atlanta. Is it a reasonable price?
