Yes, its lugged. 4130 chromoly.

My custom frame is finished (ordered it a month ago) and is currently in the paint shop getting custom painted.

All total it will be about $450.00 (I think) for custom geo and custom paint plus stainless steel track ends.

Once I get mine I'll post pictures and comments.
