I am really working on having a higher cadence right now. Trying to do 10 min intervals at 110-120 so I can handle 90-100 indefininitely. Also trying to stay in the saddle on climbs more.
One thing is, I live in an area with very little level ground (1500 foot hills everywhere, not quite mts but close) so I am pretty much always climbing or decending so I really try to concentrate on treating shallow grades (less than 5%) like I am riding on level road.
