Their suspension setup in the later models was just liscensed from Ellsworth. Good builder there...
Last I had heard Pacific (Dorel) had pulled out of the purchase deal. It may have ultimately gone through after the debt got cleared by bankruptcy. Their high end bikes were pretty nice, the low end was pretty much relegated to Dicks/other big box stores.
