Yeah, I pretty much knew I wasnt going to get any warranty, i did buy it on caigslist so I am definitly not the original owner, i just thought i would try, and I dont want to deal with fraud for a cheap frame. But they were also not "trying to make me go away" i actually hung out for a bit and checked out the ridiculous pista D2 frame they had, it was like $4,000

I still think it might be cracked, so i am going to see thomas Callahan (who makes Horse bikes) and he said he could probably reweld/rebraze it for me
