I just used a Lezyne for the first time yesterday (full size floor model though, but looks to be the same chuck as the micro), and it was awesome having a screw-on for a presta valve.. I tend to bend my valves with hand pumps / clamp ons.

Got two flats (!) in the office yesterday.. someone left staples on the floor near the door. I picked them out, patched the tube + reinflated, but missed the little "staple leg" that was stuck in my tire -> 2nd flat before I hit the road. Grr...
