Any information on a builder called Outback?

I recently purchased an alloy hardtail mountain bike frame on eBay, it was called an Outback, made with Easton aluminum tubes. Totally naked, bare aluminum with no graphics. Seller said it was made by a builder called Outback in Maryland back in the mid-'90s. It is a nice frame, nothing fancy but would serve me well as a backup bike, and be interesting conversation piece. I can't find any information on the builder, if indeed it was an Outback. Here is a link to the listing:

Any info you can provide is appreciated!
