You might also have success talking to Campy even though it's an old crank. How the crank sits on the taper (i.e. what spindle gives what chainline) is a property of the crank, not the BB. Sugino was able to give me this info about one of their cranks when I was spec-ing my current good bike.
Phil Wood BBs are less of a sweat, though, as the BB can be moved left and right a bit in the shell. So you could probably wing it.
