I think this thread has been about flipping the stem downward, but as a 50+ no-so-flexible day-tour rider I just flipped my stem up instead. The weather has been crummy, so I haven't tried it out yet. But I think this will make riding more comfortable.

Anything to look out for with this higher riding position?
