Hey guys, my name is Way and im new here so please be gentle. A brief introduction of myself, i use to ride K-Mart mountain bikes alot during my middle school and high school years. But stopped for about 5 years, and this summer i got back into riding road bike. I currently own a 1980's Centurion Ironman Dave Scott Expert road bike. Little did i know, riding at midnight with all your buddies was very addicting. We ride about two nights a week around Los Angeles area. im now kindda bored with 12 speed bike and am ready to play fixed.
Cutting to my pointI want to spend under under five hundred dollars on my new track bike. Keep in mind this bike will be used on street/city riding. I want a good starter bike, that has decent frame, decent street/track geometry and good potential for upgrading. I am 6"1 weighing 170lbs so i think a 58cm will be the choice of frame size.
My Choices:
1) Windsor Hour, $299 shipped, good price, 48T chainring and 16T cog.

2) 2010 Motebecane Track, $279 shipped, even better price, 46T chainring and 15T cog(better gearing for daily?) and free rear brakes instead of fronts, whats up with that?

3) 2010 Mercier Kilo TT, $349 shipped, doesn't have 58cm but has 57cm,

Being a nOob in track bikes, I need your opinion on these bikes, compare/contrast and help me decide which is best bang for the buck. Or Tell me about another bike that is better bang than these three. Thx for the help guys
