I like this thread and I like to talk about my commute, then later on I like to go back and read what I wrote about my commute. I think everyone else likes to do these things too because I see a lot descriptions and not a lot of replies so I'd like to say that I enjoy reading about your commutes too. It's like we're a community of commuters.
Doohickie, glad you made it up that hill and came back to write about it. Why is it Hooter's Hill? Hooter's restaurant on top?
Luddite, sounds like a nice setup going there. Some of the best commutes I remember were after a good day's work then night classes. A ride is the perfect prelude to a nightcap.
Shoup, 2 near disasters in Denver on the same day. Here's to them staying that way

BTW I pushed myself hard on my trip home today against a good north then west wind. (flags and travelling debris back me up. No I don't have the video) Got thanked for the tow by a guy who drafted me for a couple of miles. 80 (25C).
