i've done 150 miles twice

once from FC to empire via trail ridge and berthoud pass

once from FC to frisco via left hand canyon, peak to peak, and loveland pass

the former wasnt so bad. jsut a couple of hard steady climbs with a long mellow mid section, the latter included 14000 feet of climbing and was my hardest day on the bike.
