I haven't used a Tara but the front rollers should have came with inserts for a smaller rack diameter. Perhaps your rear rack has thicker tubing and the narrower tubing of the Tara is what was causing the problem?
Yeah, I am using the adapter inserts. My problem is more with the bottom "hook" part of the mounting hardware.
