So I'm mounting modern brakes on an old frame and know that I need to drill out the backside of the rear brake bridge to 5/16". I've heard people recommend using an angled drill, but the one I tried didn't seem to have enough torque and kept binding up. I've also heard of people using some kind of pull drill bit from the other side of the brake bridge, but I can't find any information on such a device. Does it exist? If not, it really should...
