I've never heard of this line of e-bikes, but that's not surprising given the number of manufacturers in Asia. Doing a search on alibaba.com, it looks like these bikes may be produced by one of the subsidiaries of Anhui Machine Group. I'm not sure whether they're really building unique bikes for the Canadian distributor or simply re-branding their own line of products. If you're seriously interested, then you should check them out in person, do a test ride and get a feel for the quality of the product. FYI, if these simply are re-branded products, the basic price a wholeseller pays for the some models, without shipping, is between $300-$500 USD.
