Looks like I need to HTFU

I was planning on doing a 110 mile point to point ride tomorrow, but here's my current list of excuses why I'm going to wimp out:

Need parts to fix rear brake on the bike of choice
It's going to rain
I don't want to run my 6" full suspension backup bike with 35psi soft compound knobbies, super upright position, and flat bars, no bottle cages (installed, 1 possible)

On the plus side, the full suspension bike pedals just fine, isn't all that heavy, and I doubt having a backpack on will kill my already horrible aerodynamics. It would also be good to taking on some of the roads around here. I would also get to use my fancy rain jacket. Forecast is for about high 68° F / 20° C and low 54° F / 12° C which seems pretty friendly weather. I should be able to clip on a front fender at least.

So do I stop whining and ride or what?
