the guy who sold it to me mentioned that I may need to add extra chain links, as he gave me some extras. i'm guessing the reason that it's adjusted so far forward is because he didn't have enough chain otherwise to get it across the big chainring? i don't know, that may be a possibility. i also forgot to recheck this thread and got a 7-gt, which seems to be disliked on here. Damn... failure.
