Hello, I put 2000 miles on my 2008 Allez (triple) before deciding to upgrade the front and rear derailleurs from Sora to 105. I primarily wanted to change the front derailleur because it shifted so poorly (from small to the big ring), but I got screaming deals on front and rear on ebay. 105 on the front shifts sooo much better, and I can't tell too much difference on the rear. My front wheel was recently stolen, so I upgraded from the Alex wheel to a Mavic Aksium wheel.

Next upgrade will probably be the brifters. But I haven't won any on ebay yet.
