I've decided to put it off for a day or two to get the bike I prefer. I'll get a few hours of mountain bike riding in tomorrow where lots of suspension isn't a complete waste (although still excessive). At least on the trails I don't have to worry about being seen, and my bike will be clean from all the rain!
