I need a stem with a 22.0mm quill diameter. Is my only hope of finding one digging threw the old parts bins or are there any more reliable sources? I've heard I can just take a bit of sandpaper to a 22.2mm stem and take it down to 22.0mm with relative ease, but I'm a little nervous about that. Little help?
