Any recommendations?

Have you heard of Leo LaPorte, "The Tech Guy"?? Here's his favorite gear as far as ear buds:

Title: Etymotic ER-4P Portable In-Ear Earphones
Manufacturer: Etymotic Research
Forget the Bose Quiet Comforts, these IEM (in-ear monitors) give near perfect reproduction and total noise isolation. They do take some getting used to – you may gag when you first jam them in, honest – but the sound more than makes up for the minor discomfort. Trash your iPod earbuds and hear what you’ve been missing.
