What I can't stand is the drivers who are yapping away on their cell-phones - and know they can't pay strict attention to the road as they yibble away on their phones. So, to fix this distraction - they rely on their car-horns to let everyone know to get out of their way. That they are much to busy talking to bother steering their car and respond intelligently to changing road conditions around them!

"Road-Stars" are nifty 6-inch, 4-pronged sharp welded metal. When dropped - one of their sharp points will be pointing up. Blows a wheel right off a rim on a car... Theoretically.
