This past couple of weeks was the first with egg beaters. I found it's easier to remove your foot BEFORE tipping over at the stoplight, especially the foot on the down side. 7 degrees of twist is hard when your on your side. I'm pretty sure I looked like a total jack a** twitching around in the crosswalk fully attached to my ride.

To be on topic, I can't yet skid, well, a little, but I'm not going to claim it yet. I am better at trackstanding with left front, but better means I have done it, and that's about all. I can skip a little, no foot pref yet.

I skate reg, push reg, but I taught myself to push and ride goofy, I just couldn't rock the mongo, not even for switch. Not that I hate it cause of looks, I just didn't like the feel. I never got props for switch tricks though cause I looked so normal pushing and riding goofy, but it does kinda trip people out on occasion. That sounds like I'm all switched out, but really I'm not that good at it, I just wanted to be smooth into fakie tricks.

Where's the sticky thread for skate peeps? We could be hooking up the ride/bar/ride/skate/ride/bar/ride/bar, etc.

K, my newbie a** is gonna let this thread get back to normal, hope someone got a laugh at least.
