im sure this is a simple question, but here it is -

if i flip my bike upside-down and spin the rear wheel, it seems to "wobble." im sure the solution is easy, im just wondering what part of the wheel the problem is coming from. do i just need to replace the whole wheel? or just a certain part of the hub...?

any help would be appreciated!
