Actually no brand that I know of calls out the angle of the slope, but they do sometimes list the amount of drop at the ST/TT intersection. That's what LOOK does. In the case of brands that don't list the drop you can only read the total ST length or perhaps the c-c ST length and compare it to the head tube length to get an idea of the slope.
