badly needed rest today. Got home from class and promptly fell asleep for two hours.
Tomorrow - 7 hours of track time. Of course, that's probably about 3 hrs of actual riding, but it's all hard. I usually feel like death the day after track days.
Wednesday: 4-5 hrs mtb time
Thursday: road intervals, tabatas in the morning followed by 3x20 climbing in the afternoon. I've found that I can recover almost 100% from the tabatas in about 5-6 hours.
