Ze, as a fellow college bum, what's your ride/study/sleep/work schedule like. I just want to see how you break up your day to get the most out of it.

How serious are you about cross? I know that for me, serious weightlifting and racing (or even just riding hard) don't go together; On the days following a tough gym session I can't reallly ride above Z2 because my legs hurt too much. That's all fine and dandy for my plans because I can do a 4 hour z2 ride the day after lifting but tempo or a 20' interval? forget about it.
Good luck with your surgery man! I'm sure you've posted about it before but it's news to me. Here's to wishing you good luck, good health and a quick recovery from your procedure

Not terribly terribly serious about cross. I'll do it to keep the intensity up during the off season.
Surgery is follow up plastic surgery for my face from a wreck last year. I don't think the recovery time should be more than 2 weeks. I should be on the trainer within the first week spinning easy, and riding hard again in 10 days when the stitches come off. Need to figure out when I can schedule it though.
