The later Moulton Minis & Midis did not have the front suspension, it was a cost cutting ploy by Raleigh and is reputed to have angered Alex Moulton intensely. These bikes also came with a reduced frame size and 14'' wheels, to make the overall configuration better for ladies and people of small stature. Did you notice if this conversion had kept the original wheel size or if it had been increased to the more common 16". I would imagine a 14" folder would give you a nice package size.
