Hi:

I just bought an indoor trainer and a friend of mine suggested that I should buy a cheap rear wheel/tire to use it with instead of my regular more expensive tire/wheel as the trainer ( Cycleops pro) wears the tire real quick. Is this true? What does everybody else usually do?
