I broke the left hand shifter of the Jake , no more big chainring , and I dropped the bike off at the bikeshop.I hope the repair wil covered by the warranty , Dual-Action shifters are quite expensive if you want to buy a new pair , and there are not many single left hand shifters lying around in the bikeshop.The guy told me he'll call me next week to tell me the news , I really hope my bike is not held captive for several weeks.
But I'll take my other bike tomorrow morning , no problem .
Looking sharp on (or off ) your bike is easier in shorts than in tights , but what the heck , I always wanted to be a balletdancer !! NOT !
