I love my Don Walker frame, it's light, stiff, and has a slightly sloping top-tube. The silver-brazed joints are a work of art, so well blended. I would highly recommend one to anyone looking for a custom frame. Plus, Don is a really cool guy. He told me on the phone the other day that if one of my friends wanted to put $400 down on a custom frame he would start on it (he's backordered about 6 weeks right now) and send it to them after they payed it off.
