where are the weird 'pantos'? a good mechanic should be able to realign that. the key is to do it slowly, just move it a few micrometers at a time. or heat it with a MAPP torch. IMHO if the shipper did not have something stiff (and old hub, wooden dowl, rolled up cardboard) between the dropouts it was not packaged securely.
