I have seen a few saddles that appear to be identical to the one you have. All of those saddles came mounted on lower end Italian bicycles, including Bottecchia Special, Torpado Luxe and even an old Bianchi sported one. I might add that the gorgeous old Bottecchia set me back twenty dollars at a yard sale. Today, that same bike lives in Japan.

All that said, I do not know what brand name the saddle is and I have not found them to be particularly comfortable but I have never ridden one long enough to break it in to my shape.
