^agreed, the shipper did not brace the rear, (or the brace fell off) so it was not properly packed and/or very roughly handled.
I agree it's not a Pinarello, but looks like a very good frame from the early '90s (Cinelli spoiler BB shell and unicrown fork) and you say it has ovalized tubes? Whatever a DeMarzo is it probably ain't too shabby...more and better pics would be nice.
