Hey all, I just picked up a set of Time Alium pedals and while I am really liking them, they've developed a bit of a creaking noise that sounds about right to be coming from the springs/retention bars. It happens particularly bad when I stand out of the saddle to pedal. The guy I bought them off of said he picked them up new and they sat in the box for a year before being touched. Is it possible the springs need a drop of oil or something to quiet them down a bit?
