The fact that so many people are saying "women just need to relax/be more tolerant/etc etc." is unfortunate evidence of the sexism that's insidious but so prevalent in society. Nobody seems to be batting an eyelash at the ton of posts saying that women are the ones who need to change their standards in order to improve the BF experience.
